Every room needs a little bit of crazy anyway, and this room (is it a room?)

I picked up a little sample size of the (now discontinued) Martha Stewart paint colour called Crevecoeur.Luckily I bought like 5 more, because this is a great colour and really great paint..

Some of you who have been hanging around here for awhile might remember this shelf.Although there have been a lot of new readers lately so mostly, you probably won’t.Well, it was bugging me, so I painted it.

You know what Chris said when he came home and saw it?“Does this look better?”.

He was just joking but he definitely knows how to get to me..

This shelf is kind of nice to look at, but mostly it’s for function.The first time I tried to use caulking, I cut the little tip off and then couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get it to work.

Turns out there’s also a little membrane inside that you need to pierce.There should be a little piercer sword that swings out of the bottom of your caulking gun for that.
